Returns
- You may return unworn, full-price items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Items must be in original condition, unaltered, and include any packaging (gift box, pouches).
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available within 30 days for items of equal or greater value — we’ll gladly cover return shipping in this case.

Refund Processing

- Personalized, engraved, or final sale items (e.g., limited editions) are non-returnable.
All O Collection jewelry includes a1-year craftsmanship warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects, but not damage from wear and tear. For repairs or questions, contact our care team — we’re happy to help keep your pieces glowing.
