We work with both natural and responsibly lab-grown stones depending on the piece. The stone type is always clearly disclosed on the product page and, where applicable, on your certificate of authenticity.

We ship insured and tracked to the Americas and Europe, with more destinations added regularly. Shipping is complimentary on every order and you'll receive tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

Ready-to-ship pieces leave our studio within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces typically take 1–3 weeks; the timeline is noted on the product page.

Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.

Keep gold away from perfume, chlorine, and abrasives. Rinse in warm water, dry with a soft cloth, and store pieces separately. Our jewelry is made to travel — but take heavier pieces off before hard contact.
